Gina Garland is a Real Estate Broker and Auctioneer, who specializes in Residential and Commercial real estate, and focuses her Aution expertise primarily in Estate Auctions and Business liquidation auctions. She provides her skills in assisting those who need assistance in Exit planning due to financial, health or a need to change life plans.
She came to real estate after teaching at the high school and community college level. She graduated cum laude from Baldwin Wallace College in Berea, Ohio, with a degree in Comprehensive Science, and graduated with her Masters degree from University of Toledo in Science Education, magna cum laude.
Gina has received the following Real Estate designations:
CRS — The Certified Residential Specialist is the highest Designation awarded to sales associates in the residential sales field. The CRS Designation recognizes professional accomplishments in both experience and education.
ASP — Accredited Staging Professional — Home Staging is not decorating, fluffing, interior design or redesign! Home Staging IS detailing , decluttering, depresonalizing and prepearing a seller's home to give it a "model home" appearance so that the potential buyer can "see" themselves living in the home.
ABR — The Accredited Buyer's Representation (ABR) designation is the benchmark of excellence in buyer representation. This coveted designation is awarded by the Real Estate Buyer's Agent Council (REBAC), an affiliate of the National Association of Realtors, to real estate practitioners who meet the specified educational and practical experience criteria.
Gina has two childer, Kevin Wunderle and Lynne Cordon, and five grandchildren she slips away to see as often as possible: Luke and Gwen Wunderle, Owen, Austen and Andrew Condon. Gina enjoys photography, thowing pottery, fishing, and playing with her dog Sadie.
