Kingsport, TN
Kingsport is an industrious city located just over the state line from its neighbors in Virginia. Home to manufacturing giants Eastman Chemical Company, Weyerhauser, and AFG, Kingsport offers a wealth of business opportunities.A relatively young city, Kingsport was originally chartered in 1917. Known as the "Model City, " it was the first city with a modern urban design, and among the first municipalities with a city manager form of government and a school system built on a model developed at Columbia University.
